This policy explains what personal data the Business Analysis Circle collects through this website, why, and the choices you have.

Who we are

The Business Analysis Circle is run by Dominica Izunobi ("we", "us"), who is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at info@businessanalysiscircle.com.

What we collect and why

Enquiry form

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, BA experience level, main goal, and any message you choose to add. We use these only to reply to you and, if you want one, to arrange a Discovery Call. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before any agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Newsletter sign-up

When you subscribe, we collect your email address and a record of your consent. We use it to send you emails about business analysis and the Circle. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

Booking a call

If you book a Discovery Call through our booking tool, the details you enter are processed by that provider under its own privacy policy, and shared with us so we can hold the call.

Buying a service, guide, or programme

Coaching sessions, guides, and BA Launchpad are sold through Selar. When you buy, Selar processes your payment and the details you enter under its own privacy policy, and shares your order details with us so we can deliver what you bought.

Joining the Circle (WhatsApp community)

The Circle community runs on WhatsApp, and joining happens there. Your phone number and profile are visible to other group members and are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. We store your cookie choice in your browser so we don't have to ask again.

If we use Google Analytics, it only loads after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner, and it helps us see which pages and buttons are used. If we use a cookie-free analytics tool such as Plausible, it counts visits in aggregate without cookies or personal identifiers.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of service providers to run this website:

• Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver the site's fonts and code. Your browser connects to them directly, which shares your IP address with them.
• Selar handles purchases of our services, guides, and programmes.
• Our booking tool and any analytics provider, where used, as described above.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up. We keep your sign-up details until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to give you a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To make a request, email info@businessanalysiscircle.com.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to a data protection authority. In Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija); elsewhere in the EU you can contact your local authority.

We'll update this page if the way we handle personal data changes, and change the "last updated" date above.
